Adobe's Growth Marketing & Insights (GMI) organization is rebuilding how marketing teams operate — not by layering AI tools on top of existing workflows, but by replacing them. The AI Strategy & Innovation (AISI) team is at the center of that work, and this Group Manager role exists to lead the people doing it. You'll manage a team of 6–8 Forward-Deployed AI Engineers embedded across GMI's paid media, lifecycle marketing, data science, and marketing analytics functions. Your job is to make them effective!
